Marsanne, roussanne and clairette: the estate’s great organic white, IGP Alpilles, aged six months in barrels.
Now a three-variety blend of marsanne, roussanne and clairette, the 2025 white offers a brighter, more lifted reading of the estate’s great white. Marsanne brings flesh, yellow fruit and an enveloping texture; roussanne adds floral complexity, notes of white peach, fresh almond and fine herbs; clairette, at 10%, tightens the whole with its freshness, lemony brightness and a fine saline touch.
Barrel ageing, deliberately shorter than for the 2023 vintage, supports the wine without ever marking it. It underlines the texture and lets the limestone character of the terroir express itself with precision. A Mediterranean white of great poise, broad yet vibrant, ripe yet fresh, made for the table and set to age beautifully.
Previous vintage (2023): 91/100 in Decanter.
