The estate’s great red: syrah, cabernet sauvignon and cinsault, aged 18 months in large oak casks.
The great red of Mas de Bret, the wine that made the estate’s reputation. A blend of syrah, cabernet sauvignon and cinsault from our terraced vines in the north of the Alpilles, on very stony clay-limestone soils.
Colour: deep purple. Nose: expressive, ripe red fruit, spicy and lightly vanilla notes. Palate: smooth, with silky tannins and a lovely freshness that heightens its complexity.
